"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Hand scraped bamboo flooring was installed in the living room and stairs of our prior home. 18 inch tiles including the needed sub flooring were placed in the kitchen. Jared and his crew did a great job, were timely and professional, and were very responsive. Additionally, the price was fair for the quality of work produced and we have since rehired to repair the deck on a recently purchased home."

"Joe and his crew were punctual, professional and extremely competent.  They assessed the extent of decay of the soffits and fascia on our 54 year old, 1800 sq ft house and carried out the repairs. They replaced many rotten boards, often with no evidence of a seam or other repair marks.  ..They scraped away old layers of peeling paint and repainted.  They caulked and leveled the gutters.   Joe , the owner, did much of the work himself and showed us what he was doing every step of the way.  He gave us tips on how to maintain the work.  Shortly after he completed the work, we had a downpour and all the seams and work held well.  He kept to the estimate, even when a few things were unexpected that caused him a bit more work.  And he left our yard and porches clean.  We will certainly call him again for other similar jobs."

"First off, they were very nice to deal with...when things were going well.  The initial install was 2010, the last contact was approximately late 2011, early 2012.  Everything looked good to start, great looking cabinets, on time service, a few glitches but the installers were outstanding and made the install go smoothly.  In the bathroom they cut the hole for the drain pipe in the wrong place and while David said it needed to be corrected, he never did.  A few months after the initial install, I realized that the paint on the kitchen cabinets was not right, it could not be cleaned and all drips actually stained the white surface.  They sent someone out that tested the painted serface, there were several visits to look at it, and then they sent a technican from Sherwin Williams out with special testing equipment.  He found that the manufacturer did not put the proper mix of hardner in the paint and that was why the finish was not holding up.   It took a year to get them, at their convenience to get SOMEONE to make a decision.  I was put off numerous times because it was the manufacturer who had to make the decision.  Finally, the manufacturer and several of their plant reps came to the house to look at it.  After they all stood around discussing the issue, they offered to replace all the doors and repaint, in place, all the cabinet boxes (kitchen only).  This was done by a crew from the manufacturer in Alabama, again a few months later.  The new doors lasted about a month before the mitered corners on them started opening.  I also experienced several collapses of the pull out shelves in the pantry cabinet.  At this point I think they were tired of dealing with me and I with them.  When I would call, they would act all concerned and say they would call back or come by the house, but the delays were intolerable.  As much as I wanted decent quality cabinets that would look good for a long time, I wanted this company out of my life.  I called one of their installers directly and they fixed the pantry shelves and I paid them direct.     <br />"

FAQs for thermostat installation and replacement projects in Brinson, GA

Smart thermostats may be worth it for many homeowners. They come with various features, including voice control and smartphone apps. Vacation mode can help lower energy usage when you’re out of town for an extended period. Alert warnings let you know about major spikes or drops in temperature. Smartphone apps can track energy usage, and smart thermostats can learn your routine over time to adjust your temperature and reduce wasted energy consumption automatically.

You typically do not need more than one smart thermostat. While it’s common to see multiple mechanical thermostats throughout a large home, multiple smart thermostats may try to override each other. This can lead to problems with the HVAC system. Ensure the unit you buy has the option for dual- or multi-zoned systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Installing a programmable or smart thermostat may save you $180 per year in utility costs. A big part of this comes from a smart thermostat’s ability to learn and adapt to your regular routines. With smartphone apps or web-based interfaces, you also have the option to control your thermostat when you’re not home.
