"We needed a whole new a/c system for our house. We looked at a few different companies in the area and decided to go with Maitz Home Services. Chris and Jerry came out to do the install. They were on time. They were very professional and nice. They were very knowledgeable about the whole system and how it works and good at explaining all of it. "They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
