"I purchased a new coop in forest hills and the apartment needed a lot of work, new kitchen and bath, floor, skim coating the walls and ceiling, recessed lighting, doors, moldings, painting.... I want the apartment to look and feel completely new. The coop said they will need to approve the contractor before work can begin, no knowing what to do so I found a few contractor to do estimates. Well you guess it, I hired Alex and his team, he was very professional and most importantly his price was tenth of thousands cheaper than others, no brainer. To my surprise, he got the building approved in 2 days and started the work on next coming Monday, I just gave him the keys and let them performed magic. I have to work during the day but Alex was very responsive and proactive keeping on track with the project with updates and question through WhatsApp. Honestly to say I was hardly even at site because who has time and I paid money so I don’t have to deal with it. It is like the HGTV, the reveal happed 7 weeks later and I was literally astonished, the detail and quality of alex and his team work is phenomenal, It is beyond my expectation and I know the money I invested will double when it is time to sell. I don’t know why prices fluctuate so greatly among different contractors, I am so happy which I picked out the best contractor with the lowest price. If you are searching for a contractor look no further, you can not go wrong with Alex."
