"Excellent and professional technicians. Explained everything thoroughly. Overall, they did a good job. The carpet seemed to be wetter than I'm used to after a professional cleaning. And, there were two small areas of carpet (one upstairs and one downstairs) that had a smell after they were done cleaning that was not present before cleaning. I hesitate to call the smell odors as it smelled more like the previous homeowner may have spot treated an area for pet odors (Nature's Miracle?) and what I was smelling was the residual product brought up as a result of cleaning. In most cases the cleaning should have eliminated any residual product, but the carpet and padding in this particular room is rather old, so maybe that contributed to the problem. They guarantee their work, and will come out and re-address any areas of concern. Since we plan to replace the carpets very soon, we didn't request a follow up visit."

"technician came out within the time stated. no freon was offered although it was part of the package to which i paid. i was told that the aged unit needed to be replaced. as well, i was informed that the freon was very expensive for the unit and the levels were far too low to make a difference. he left work needed invoice and stated a representative would be contacting me in the next few days with an estimate for a new system. several weeks passed with no follow-up from the company. when i reached out for the estimate that should have been prepared, i was told there was not enough data to make a determination. a new home visit would be required. the owner worked me into his Saturday schedule. the estimate was very high, even for a Trane system. i do appreciate that he called back after our visit to verify if i wanted to move forward. based on his attention, i felt much better about the previous interaction with the company. nevertheless, this is my review."

"Wow I barely have words to describe how great they did! They are a very professional company, they made sure we were on the same page about everything. They replaced my entire air duct system and I have no complaints at all, they even bought they’re own ducts and included on the price. "On the day of the work (4) workers came on time and proceeded with the work. They were very professional and covered the floor and the stairs leading to the attic.  They too answered all my questions about  what they did. They showed  me the old evaporators coils and the leaks in them, and the new were still in the original box. They replaced on of my thermostats and  fixed a noise coming from my outside unit .  Although,  I had a second estimate on this work that would have been less, I went with Cucco,s because I trust their work and their professionalism. Honestly, it is so hard to fine honest people these days working with them is a pleasure.

"The service was spectacular. Not only where they available the same day but were able to identify the root cause of the issue and present multiple options to fix the problem. To add to the amazing service it was all during a crazy Houston freeze that resulted in power outages and shut the whole city down. They were able to fix our furnace within 24 hours so that we could bring our newborn baby home from the hospital to a warm and safe place. We are so pleased with the service and will recommend to our friends."

"Very well! I was treated with dignity and respect by John and Dana on their initial visit to get a second opinion as to why my A/C system had a leak which another company could not find. John explained all components of what needed to be done to solve my problem and promptly set up an appointment for a few days later, John offered options to me and gave ME the choice of which I wanted included in the work to be done. John and his crew arrived on the appointed date on time (actually a bit early which worked out great!) The crew placed a covering on the floor to protect it and I found that to be very thoughtful. They worked swiftly to replace the unit on a very hot day with no complaints! John explained how to work the new thermostat and said if I had any questions to let him know. He even stopped by at the end of the day to check on things which I found very thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend John from Texas Air Car for any HVAC service needs! My only regret is that I did not find this company sooner!"
