First, Patricia came over to test the water and gave me information regarding water treatment that no other salesperson seems to have the same knowledge of. She went over every system tier, any questions I had, and the ways to pay and discounts. They are straight forward and honest which is how I like to conduct business. Install was scheduled within a couple of days of the paperwork. Hugo and his team was so professional and showed me the ins and outs of the water system. With the tier we got, we get a supply of natural soaps which we are big on so ask about that! I highly recommend the Water Doctor if you need any water softner needs!"

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"I hired Austin Water Solutions to install an under the counter reverse osmosis system. They accommodated my schedule and were out the next day. They quoted the price over the phone then sent a follow up email quote that I signed on line and Michael installed the system the very next day. Michael was very knowledgeable drilled a hole perfectly into our counter top put on the faucet added the tanks and filters. After following their directions and running a few tanks of water through the system we have very good drinking water at a very reasonable price. When Michael left you could not even tell he was in our condo he took all packaging and cleaned up the entire area that he worked in. I was invoiced online and payed the bill so in these times of Covid-19 this was a very safe transaction. This job was done so well my daughter maybe installing a unit in here house."

"Ethan and Ravi were prompt, courteous, and professional. I previously had a basic Whirlpool model which cost under $500. I was on my second Whirlpool model which seems to last only four to five years, I upgraded to the Puronics high-end model. I truly had high expectations. My Whirlpool system had completely stopped functioning. The $4850 Puronics is functioning close to the same as the Whirlpool when it was first installed. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."
