"Just had my system installed today and cannot be any happier. I found The Water Doctor here on Angi's list and I am glad I did. I just bought my first house and have lived in San Antonio my whole life so I know hard the water can get. First, Patricia came over to test the water and gave me information regarding water treatment that no other salesperson seems to have the same knowledge of. She went over every system tier, any questions I had, and the ways to pay and discounts. They are straight forward and honest which is how I like to conduct business. Install was scheduled within a couple of days of the paperwork. Hugo and his team was so professional and showed me the ins and outs of the water system. With the tier we got, we get a supply of natural soaps which we are big on so ask about that! I highly recommend the Water Doctor if you need any water softner needs!"

"Romaldo was very courteous and arrived for our consultation timely. He conducted a water test and shared the results with us allowing us to review our water quality in real time. The results were staggering. Our water quality in Round Rock is incredibly poor. Romaldo spoke in plain, layman's terms that were easy to understand and jargon-free. After leaving the consultation Romaldo provided us with our water results in an easy-to-read report, along with three estimates of different equipment packages and the ongoing maintenance associated with the systems. The installation team arrived timely, explained all of the steps they were going to do in order to complete the installation and got straight to work. They began at approximately 9:30am and were done by 3pm. Their installation was very clean and thorough. Overall, I have been incredibly impressed by the sales staff, the equipment and the installation team."

"The installation was done quickly and done well. The customer service was very professional. The only negative of this transaction was the cost of the project. It was the cost they told me it would be but I was just surprised that a replacement water softener system would cost that much. Overall I would definitely recommend this company."

"Garrett’s Plumbing was a life saver. I have a copper waterline on the ice maker of my old refrigerator. No delivery company wanted to install the new refrigerator because of the copper waterline. Garrett’s plumbing came, assessed and fixed the problem. Now I’m just waiting for delivery of the new refrigerator. Thank you Garrett’s Plumbing."

"I highly recommend GA Plumbing. The owner (Gary) is a master plumber. Gary responded promptly on a Saturday morning. He did a great job finding and fixing the leak in the water main line to the house. The water was bubbling up to the surface 6 feet away from where the leak actually was, but Gary patiently fought around roots, rocks, and irrigation lines to get to it. Then he quickly made the repair. He is a knowledgeable and efficient plumber, and his rate was very reasonable."

"Professional technician with excellent knowledge about the water heater change-out and the up-to-date codes for the project. Excellent workmanship."

"Eric reached out to me very quickly and I told him what I wanted up front. We made an appointment and he didnâ t waste my time and gave me a thorough explanation of what systems AWS and Pentair provided. I appreciate that he had no pressure or gimmicks and gave me time to consider my purchase. After comparing four other water softener providers, the value of what Austin Water Solutions provides is worth it for the customer service alone. Mike and his team came on time as scheduled and explained what was being installed and how the systems worked. I couldnâ t be happier. Cheers!"

"We had our new system up and running the next day after I picked the model I wanted. I wish I had done this a lot sooner. Finally got rid of our hard water problems."

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"The company representatives were very courteous and knowledgeable about their products and their work. Service was prompt and efficient. I am quite satisfied with both the water softener and the reverse osmosis systems they installed to replace the failed ones already in place. My only complaint is that the original failed water softener was not removed as had been requested in the work order. It remains an eyesore outside of my garage door and as I am handicapped and live alone, I cannot dispose of it myself."
