First, Patricia came over to test the water and gave me information regarding water treatment that no other salesperson seems to have the same knowledge of. She went over every system tier, any questions I had, and the ways to pay and discounts. They are straight forward and honest which is how I like to conduct business. Install was scheduled within a couple of days of the paperwork. Hugo and his team was so professional and showed me the ins and outs of the water system. With the tier we got, we get a supply of natural soaps which we are big on so ask about that! I highly recommend the Water Doctor if you need any water softner needs!"

Romaldo came out and tested our water and gave us a great explanation of the water state and options to improve. I was particularly impressed with the detail he went into, and the time he spent making sure we understood everything. We went ahead and they showed up one time, and we were delighted with the install work and the great quality of our water now. The install technician also spent time afterward answering all my questions about the system operation and maintenance. He was very patient as this was a totally new world of home maintenance for me. I would definitely recommend the Kinetico system from American Water -- check it out before you make a decision - and for us this was the right decision."

"I highly recommend GA Plumbing. The owner (Gary) is a master plumber. Gary responded promptly on a Saturday morning. He did a great job finding and fixing the leak in the water main line to the house. The water was bubbling up to the surface 6 feet away from where the leak actually was, but Gary patiently fought around roots, rocks, and irrigation lines to get to it. Then he quickly made the repair. He is a knowledgeable and efficient plumber, and his rate was very reasonable."

"Ethan and Ravi were prompt, courteous, and professional. I previously had a basic Whirlpool model which cost under $500. I was on my second Whirlpool model which seems to last only four to five years, I upgraded to the Puronics high-end model. I truly had high expectations. My Whirlpool system had completely stopped functioning. The $4850 Puronics is functioning close to the same as the Whirlpool when it was first installed. There is not much change in the spots on my dishes and the dryness of my skin from the hard water. Secondly, I was disappointed that the marketing representative, Justine didn't call after the installation to check to see if the installation of the system had gone well."

We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."
