It can get quite hot down here in Florida in the summer time and given that our air handler is located in the attic, Ben Jr. had asked if they could start early. At 6:40 a.m. their truck rolled up to our door...and we were ready for them. Everything went smoothly until they found that our previous drain system had gotten clogged and an auxiliary drain was needed. No problem. They got the parts, installed the new drain line quickly, and got the Air Conditioner/Heat Pump system up and running within the 4-hour time frame they had given us. Ben Jr. and David were absolutely great. In fact, we were so happy with the service they provided that we called their boss immediately to let him know. This is not the first time we worked with Ben Jr. and David. We had them service another of our previous residences a couple of years ago and knew that we wanted them to do this job as well since we were so pleased with their previous work. They were quick, professional, and went beyond the call of duty in making sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. We highly recommend A.C.
