"It went very well. They were the first and only plumbers to respond to the project. It was just before the 4th of July and the appointment was made for Tuesday the 6th. I was called that morning by them to see if they could come earlier because they had finish the job before me. I said yes and they arrived 20 min ahead of time. First thing that was done was examining what I had purchased. When that was okay the old toilet was removed. The flange needed to be replaced. I had figured that since the toilet was very loose on the floor. We discussed options and possible problems with each step. I was quoted a range of cost above the quote of project. It seemed very reasonable. When it was done the low numbers of both quotes were used and I was charged $529 which word for me. All trash was removed and the area was left very clean. We were able to discuss next steps I was thinking of for that bathroom. I was giving some very good advice. Excellent work! I recommend them and I will used them again when they he time comes"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Advanced Mechanical Services (AMS) went out of their way to get our new oil tank installed and the old one removed in the winter. We were experiencing issues with our old tank where our oil company could not fill the old tank. AMS worked closely with us to install the new tank quickly. They kept us in the loop and were on time on installation day. The installers were professional, kept us informed and did an excellent job. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves. We also use them for our annual furnace cleaning. They always do a great job and have come out on emergency calls a few times over the past 25 (or more) years. I highly recommend them."

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak.Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

They took the time to explain the work and the new system features including new digital thermostats. All in all, I was very pleased with the service and the price."

"It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

I suspect that we will see the same given the thoroughness the three member team showed.  They spent close to 3 hours plugging holes, replacing light fixtures and developing suggestions where we could see further savings.  In addition, they provided a number of rebates for added insulation, appliance replacement etc.  I would recommend to anyone.
