"Owner Brad, with Advanced Water Treatment was once my go to. Now his business and workers have gone to complete garbage and lost the big picture on taking care of his customers. Falsifying quotes, very poor installation, pushing updates, manipulating current equipment to be pressured into buying newer. Got a quote on a fiberglass tank but during install they installed a metal one which was cheaper in price but was not changed or stated in final billing. Installer pushed on a new softener as well that did not need to be replaced. Installer did not connect our main feeds to the softener correctly so when it went through its re-gen at 3am it sprayed water inside my utility closet until 630, when I awoke to a water spraying sound. Also did not connect the discharge hoses in the drain tube and was left laying outside softener to discharge on ground. Called and sent a video of the water soaking my drywall in the utility closet and Brad said he was in his way. (630am) 3pm Brad finally shows up and fixes leaking problem, but now my softener miraculous does not work anymore. He left a dehumidifier saying he will be back in 5 days to pick up and replace soaked disintegrating drywall and add rpf board (August 29). Now it is the end of November and still no Brad and have mold in my utility closet. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH ADVANCED WATER TREATMENT!!!!!"

"Very impressed with this company and its people. Very prompt in calling me back. It is obvious that they are concerned about their customers and their needs. Spoke to the owner who gave me his opinion of the problem and promptly sent out his repairman who was very polite and knowledgeable (like the owner). He investigated and asked questions before he told me what was wrong and gave me two estimates and helped me decide what we should do. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. I'm very pleased."
