"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!

"Dennis diagnosed the problem correctly within 10 minutes. Another contractor I called struggled for two visits before arriving at the same conclusion. When I made the decision to replace the entire 15 year old air handler in the attic he was able to match my old compressor outside with correctly spec'd new epuipment in the attic for a reasonable price. It rained the day of the repair, but they did not cancel, they used a pop-up tent for protection. The repair was completed the day it was scheduled. I was kept informed about technical issues and was able to make my own decisions. My tenant was very happy. No mess in the house. Dennis either answered the phone every time I called, or called me back promptly. I received texted reminders of the appointment. I've scheduled Dennis for early fall to install a gas hot air furnace and a mini-split wall unit in my home."
