"Like others, I found Tim on Angie's List. I got lucky - called him Saturday morning, and by 10 a.m. he was here. (I had earlier sent him a message via Angie's List but never received a response. I had also called him Friday & hadn't received call back, hence my Saturday call. So only a slight downgrade for responsiveness - but he IS busy and for good reason.) Within minutes, he had correctly diagnosed the problem with both toilets. Luckily, he had the parts for one - otherwise, I might have to wait until May when he had time to come back. Someone tried to force my slider door open, which bent both metal door frame as well as caused crack in wall. He said he could not bend metal back - I'm just going to leave as-is. He caulked door, and I will paint it later after it dries. He was fast, no nonsense and I liked him. Will definitely use again. Price reasonable too. Now my landlord knows about him too & he may get business from him as well.

"Although he did not respond to my message through the Angie's List message, he responded immediately when I called his cell phone. His voicemail box was full be he called me back immediately. He was on time and did the project in the time frame he quoted. He explained fully why it was installed the way it was and what I needed to to do to change anything I needed to."

There were two men that came.  They were pretty punctual and did a good job.  But, the only complaint that I would say it is that they complained about the replacement vinyl tile flooring was not a good tile, which we knew but it was all we could afford, so it was not appreciated.  They did cleaned up after they completed the job and put back a cabinet that I have in the bathroom.

It went pretty well.  Responded to us right away and started work the next week. Work only took a couple of days which was nice. The quality I think is pretty good. Everything looks great. The price was a bit high I think but I'm not familiar with how much these things go for. The only other complaint I have was that they left some dings on the door frame when putting the washer and dryer back in. Something we can fix I think. Also we had a few things stolen from our garage when they were here but probably because we had to leave it open so they could work.
