"The owner himself called and handled my request but was unfortunately not able to come to the site himself as he was on his way to Puerto Rico with disaster relief and to find relatives. But the crew who arrived were polite, friendly and efficient. We cleaned the interior window while they did the exteriors. Can't believe how clear our windows are now, like there was no glass in them at all. We will definitely have them back again in the spring. Thanks."

To be honest my expectations were low, but to my surprise the engineer, Alex, who conducted this work brought with him the kind of old-fashioned workmanship we once had in this country when a certain generation of Europeans were of working age. Alex spent no less than six hours cleaning every inch of a three-thermostat system. To make things better, he left the areas where he had worked in the apartment immaculate. During this lengthy time, Alex was highly professional, personable, and considerate of me and my space. I see that the Company has over 250 5-star reviews, so there is little more I can say – except that as a very tough NYC costumer, I offer up my highest recommendation for this business.
