The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. "The project was completed and correct. The issue is the bill was $444. I was charged $207 for two 2 Chrome turn straight stop valves. The tech went to a plumbing store up the road. I went on the website and priced them at $11.02 each in stock. What a mark up. I was charged $107 to drain 2- 30? lines which once the main valve is turned off all faucets are drained leaving a little amount of water. I changed my faucets a week ago, I know the procedure and amount of water left in them. $95 was for the call and diagnosis. I was shown the invoice on his cell phone but did not get the invoice until after 3pm via email. The work was completed by 11:30am. I would have paid the $95 and asked him to leave."
