"We had a new heating A/C unit installed by the Darville Co last week. Ann Darville helped us choose the right unit for our house and our budget. She made an appointment that worked with our schedules. The 2 men who did the actual install, Israel and Vince, were great. They were on time, very professional, answered all our questions, were nice to my dogs, and even cleaned up after themselves. The new unit fit in the old space but wouldn't fit through the existing door frame. Darville made all the arrangements to make sure a new door and frame were properly installed and painted. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend The Darville Company."

"Our original AC system from when our house was built 13 years ago finally bit the dust. We had been using Service Experts to maintenance the old system for the past 10 years. Since we plan on staying in our house for the indefinite future, we decided to upgrade to a high efficiency system. The crew (Brent, Bobby, Eli, Joe and Jared) were at the house all day installing the system. It was a very professional installation with good clean up. They went over the instructions on how to operate the very high tech thermostat and set up an account with Lennox. We are very happy with the product and service."

"They came out and gave me an estimate but they did not do the work. They were professional and very nice. They were honest with me about what the insulation could or could not do. My house is up in the country and so it’s a little bit different than doing something at home. They were here when they said they would be here. They were pretty upfront about the whole thing and I chose not to go with them. Honestly they were a bit pricey and I just can’t go with one bid. I can’t judge what it will be for someone else."

"The two roofing technicians told me what they were going to do to repair my roof and set about doing their repairs without delay. <br /> The main supervising technician also climbed up on my house roof and walked all over it to inspect it and see if there might be any other repairs necessary. Then, the technicians removed the faulty flashing which had been improperly installed by my home builder's untrained framer. Shingles which had holes in them were removed and several new asphalt shingles were installed to replace the old singles which had nail holes in them.  Next, the old flashing was completely removed and new, higher grade metal flashing was installed to replace the old flashing. Finally, new sealant was applied to make sure that the repaired roof was completely water proof.   <br /> After the repair work  was done, the supervising roof technician showed me exactly what had been done with photos that he had taken with his tablet camera. He said if any more leakage occurred, they would return to take care of it, but he believed that the leak was effectively repaired. The very next day, we had another hard rain storm in the La Grange, TX, Fayette County area, and my repaired roof no longer leaked into the sheet rock ceiling or into the window frames of my breakfast room bay window. I'm very satisfied with the work done by Vincent's Roofing.   <br /> I wish I had called them sooner rather than waiting for the roofer who put the original roof on my house two and a half years ago. <br /> That roofer refused to back up his own work, and his delay had made the damage from the roof leak even worse. However, Vincent's Roofing did a good job, and I would call them again. I would also recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a new roof installation. <br />"
