"The A/C in my condo died this year. Naturally, I wasn't aware of the death until I needed to use the unit. I'd had the unit serviced in 2012 and there were no problems at that time. The hot season was here and I wanted the unit replaced ASAP.
I contacted three companies and asked for estimates. Following my meetings I evaluated the companies on price, recommended equipment quality, punctuality and wait time for job commencement.
A C & H was by far the most cooperative. His prices were the lowest, an online evaluation of the equipment he proposed using was just as good as either of the other 2 companies, and he was willing to do the job the same week.
Now this company is small and doesn't offer all the bells and whistles and big company does. However, the work is first rate, the service is great (he even checked back in a week and immediately came to the home to "tweak" the system) and the price is extremely competitive.
If you don't mind dealing with an ordinary down to earth man that is true to his word, this is the company for you. If you need the bells and whistles of a big company, go to a pricey competitor and be told that it will be 2-3 weeks before they can start.

"Integrity HVAC installed a Bosch 2.0 heat pump and 96% efficient gas furnace. The system is quite complex since it automatically switches between heat pump and gas furnace depending on the outdoor temperature. This system is replacing a 25+ year old gas furnace and central A/C. The install took two days, but they set us up with heat within the first few hours, so we really had heat during the entire install. There were some issues that had to be resolved, but the technician, Dylon, worked thru each problem and solved each issue in an efficient manner. The install is very professional, piping is straight and bends are precise. This review is 1 day after the install, and I am still constantly checking the system for proper operation. and it has functioned flawlessly, when the outdoor temperature is high enough the heat pump controls the heat and when the outdoor temperature drops the gas furnace controls the temperature. The system is working as it should, maintaining the set temperature without any thought or action from me. I can't wait to see how much this new system saves me on my energy bills. One other thing I should mention, the system is so quiet that you really need to be close to either the indoor or outdoor unit to tell if it's running."

"It turns out my central AC unit must be replaced. (I'm not surprised - it is 20 years old!) I was not prepared to set up the replacement that day, but Henry and the other tech were very professional and pleasant, and thoroughly explained the issue with my AC. They quoted a lower price to replace the whole unit than I actually expected it to be. When I'm ready to have it done, I plan to have them do the work."

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

I called later in the day after a few other service companies with whom I had previously dealt indicated that the first service available would be the next day.  My AC condenser was completely frozen (so I had shut it down) and it was going to be another hot and very humid night so I searched online for someone else. 

This is my first experience with Aire Serv.  Mark called to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would.  He checked all parts of my system and explained everything that he was doing.  He was not at all rattled that I was looking over his shoulder the whole time.  So far so good on the service that he performed in correcting the issue with my AC.   

Mark even installed a new condensation pump that I had purchased earlier in the day from Fagers.

I gave no rating on the price because I have no previous experience on the cost for this service.    

So far I am completely satisfied with the service performed.  My house is again comfortable on a very muggy day.
