"First, my project was to install, from scratch, a new HVAC system, including ducting, with tha furnace in basement (initially, it was upstears in a closed). Last year and early this year, I got 3 contractors on site, by direct call, and none of them answered my spefic questions but taking pictures and promising that will send an estimate. I never got it. I was getting anxious. So I got the idea go to Angi. First visit I got in the same day I put my request on Angie's site, called his boss advice me to just change the furnace. I could not, because the previous system was heating OK only one half of the house. Finally, next day I got AJB visit an made me happy. "Integrity HVAC installed a Bosch 2.0 heat pump and 96% efficient gas furnace. The system is quite complex since it automatically switches between heat pump and gas furnace depending on the outdoor temperature. This system is replacing a 25+ year old gas furnace and central A/C. The install took two days, but they set us up with heat within the first few hours, so we really had heat during the entire install. There were some issues that had to be resolved, but the technician, Dylon, worked thru each problem and solved each issue in an efficient manner. The install is very professional, piping is straight and bends are precise. This review is 1 day after the install, and I am still constantly checking the system for proper operation. and it has functioned flawlessly, when the outdoor temperature is high enough the heat pump controls the heat and when the outdoor temperature drops the gas furnace controls the temperature. The system is working as it should, maintaining the set temperature without any thought or action from me. I can't wait to see how much this new system saves me on my energy bills. One other thing I should mention, the system is so quiet that you really need to be close to either the indoor or outdoor unit to tell if it's running."

"Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. The work was done in a timely manner and we have been completely satisfied. We would definitely hire B A R Appliances again for our HVAC needs."
