"We had several estimates done and they were the last estimate to come in. I had another estimate that was a lot lower and they worked with me to get me closer to that other estimate. Between that and the quality of the experience of getting the quote and info, we decided to go with them. The estimate happened at 1PM on Saturday and we had two new heat pumps installed and working by Monday afternoon. Not only did they do what I contracted with them to do, but the service guy who came explained why they replaced a part, its importance to the unit, and was very professional and personable. When I called 6 hours later to leave a message saying my unit was still cycling and hadn't shut off, the owner called me back that evening(tho I asked only that he call the next day), explained what was probably happening (still cooling down), why (he had called the service guy and found it was 86 degrees when he came), and when to expect it to change. He was right. And I'm a very happy customer. These people understand what "service" means - or used to mean!"
