"We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. "Jorge was my contact at EA Services and I requested that he come out to take a look at an exterior wall of my porch and the corner of the house where rot had developed along the bottom of the wall and surface of a deck on the side of the house. I wanted a rough idea as to how many hours / days it might take to replace plywood and install flashing. Jorge was able to
say it would take longer than the 6 hours of the AL deal, but probably not much more than a day.
After Jorge?s visit, it was a matter of scheduling a time when his workers would be able to start that was good for me. He indicated he had a backlog of other jobs to complete and he would give a call when this job was near the top of the list. It ended up being a couple months later, but we got the job scheduled.
Once that was settled, the workers came in a timely fashion and did enough demolition to evaluate what they need for materials.
Fortunately, the rot was not into the studs or the rear beam. Because of a language barrier, I went through Jorge to make sure I understood what the workers were seeing and what they determined they needed to rehabilitate the rotted area. I had some of the materials needed for the work already on hand. 
The workers were diligent and precise in removal of the rotten wood and replacement of the plywood, flashing, some of the shingles, and trim boards around the window on the wall.
The work took about 12 hrs and the hourly rate was the same as that for the AL deal for the first 6 hours.
