"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "Mark called before arriving, arrived on time, spent time explaining what he was doing and why, showed me the condition of a couple of parts and did not pressure me into buying or replacing anything.  He took his time and provided me with good information.  I chose to replace a leaking capacitor as I would like to squeeze a few more years out of the unit if possible.

"Koli came out and found the perfect furnace and options for our house and budget.  He explained the process in detail and covered the costs and financing.  He expedited the service for us, since we had no air in 90+ weather, and got the furnace installed the next day.

Ian and Steve did a fantastic job on the installation.  Because of the configuration of our split level house it took the had to stay longer than an 8 hour day, but they stayed until after 8:00 PM to assure we were set for the night.  They were professional, friendly, and neat. They were very knowledgeable and knew the best way to install our system.  

The installation looks great.  the furnace runs perfectly, and they cleaned up the job site spotlessly.

We could not have asked for a better experience.

On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. The company representative informed me that I should have called to resolve the situation about the vent cover and they would have replaced it free since their employee broke it."

We had an emergency service call one day when our furnace started acting up. He assessed the problem and took a great deal of time and explained everything to us. He gave us some great options and even make some recommendations for other products and services we asked about. They quoted us a price for the part they had to order and I approved it. Ironically, I called a few days later and told them I found the part substantially less somewhere else (and it was something I was able to install myself) and they worked with me on the price a bit. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
