"We contacted At your Service Air Conditioning and Heating because our air conditioner was not working. Their response was quick. Bob came over the same day we called. He found that a part was suspect that was still under warranty. He came back the next day and put the new part in. We were charged a service charge, labor and a manufactures warranty Fee. This is an honest company. I would have put my review in quicker but had to wait on my daughter to help me. My husband and I highly recommend At Your Service Air Conditioning and Heating."

He even made an extra trip to provide temporary fans and another trip to help us with the thermostat. The installers were timely and swept after they completed the job. We have no complaints. "We had company coming in one day and Next Plumbing was able to send someone out the next day (before our company arrived) to replace a bad ring in toilet tank of guest bathroom. The worker checked other bathrooms and found a bad ring in master bath tank, so we had him replace rings in both bathrooms. The worker was on time, courteous and from what we can tell did very good work. Our company arrived soon after the repair and the toilet was flushing properly. PRO: Next Plumbing doesn't charge a trip fee CONS: They won't give estimates over phone; they send someone out to analyze the problem then that worker gives you a price for your job. At that point you can tell him to go ahead with the work, or you can choose for them not to do the job (no trip fee charged.) My job was much more costly than I expected, and I've hired my share of plumbers over the past 40 yrs for jobs similar to this one. No itemized invoice given to me, I was told each job has its price. They emailed me a recent."
