"Ron responded quickly and came to perform services in a timely manner. He provided the air / mold test report in a timely manner as well. The information was partially helpful. The main issue was his poor customer service. Below is exactly what I shared with him. I was disappointed that he made assumptions about my husband and I, and these negative assumptions made him leave out pertinent information (which we found out, when two mold contractors called him out). I wasn't going to write a review, but I'm hoping that this will nudge Ron to give customers full information, all the time, no matter what and let them make their own decisions. Also, don't treat customers poorly because you give them a price that later on you wish you had charged more. "Professionally, your approach was poor. We are customers that are not familiar with the process for mold inspection and removal. You did not explain to us end to end what the process could look like and what the associated costs could be, so we can make an adult decision about our next steps. Instead of owning up to that, you get defensive and tell me what 'you people' normally do. Offensive and unnecessary. We are just trying to get rid of the mold in our home, so we can be safe. We never asked you to do anything without getting paid for it and if you didn't like the price you quoted, $295, that's your responsibility.""
