"It was easy to schedule the original consultation on their webpage, and Michael did a great job examining my house and explaining the work that would be done. The price was considerably less than the previous quote that I received, so I accepted it. The technicians installed the system over two days. The new low-profile condenser on my back patio doesn't take up much space, and it's a lot quieter than most that I've heard at other houses. There was an issue with the exhaust pipes and safety switch in the attic that required them to come out and make corrections a couple weeks after installation, but they corrected the issue promptly, and since then I've been enjoying my cooler house. "My old heating unit went out. I called Xpress Heating & Air to access it. Teresa came over to give me a quote and encouraged me to get a few others. I called Teresa back to set up installation. Teresa and her team arrived on time to install the new unit and update all of my vents. They cleaned up all the debris as if they were never there. The next morning I called Teresa to her know that the unit was working great,but it was a little loud. She came right back over to make some adjustments and everything has been fine since. As a courtesy,Teresa also looked at my air conditioner unit as well even though I wasn't having any issues at the time.
