The appointment window was 1/25/17, 8A-12P, with me being the first customer of the day for the assigned technician. Mark called at 7:50A to let me know he was on his way and arrived at 8:25A. When Mark discovered the return filter was a non-standard size, he went to the local Home Depot to purchase the filter at no extra charge to me.
