I signed a service contract, fairly priced for market. This week, my A/C stopped working during a FL heat wave. He responded within minutes to my text, and gave me helpful tips on things to check. The next morning, he scheduled his employee Bob to arrive within a 45-minute window. He was punctual and efficient: Within 5 minutes of arrival he diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor on condenser). Within another 10 minutes, he had a replacement in hand, checked to make sure it was covered by warranty, and installed it, then checked to make sure the house was cooling (it was) A paid invoice was in my mail inbox immediately. These two were timely, knowledgable, professional--and frankly, the most efficient workers I've ever had at my home of 20 years."

Joe was the first to come over and give us an evaluation and an estimate. The others wanted to wait till after dark or the next day. They beat all the others prices on a new a/c. Their Tec's Michael and Julio were here early the next day and worked non-stop till the job was complete! Polite, respectful, professional, and caring! They answered all of our questions and concerns! It has been a few days since the install and everything is great! I can't say enough! "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
