"Tony did a great job explaining the air quality testing. He tested in 3 areas. It was a quick turn around for getting the report back. He gave me some very good advice and ideas for options. Great job, Tony! Thank you."

"Paul and James showed up on time, showed them the vents and they explained the procedure to us. I was impressed with their work ethic. Not a moment was wasted as they as they worked together and individually through the process. I was concerned how they would clear the long main ducts but seeing what they did I was relieved. Good job!"

"The owner, Ben White, was personable, professional, knowledgable, and gave us plenty of information as he was going about his testing. He also answered all of our questions."

"Awaiting the out come of the final testing done."

"It was alright, it was adequate.
They basically told us that we didn?t have the problem that we were afraid that we had.
But, they didn?t really do anything else. But, they were helpful. I know they did the inspection, I do not remember the test.

I remember feeling that they had not done something that was more less promised. And it was probably the test.
On the other hand, what they said, what their expertise gave me was confidence. So far, it appears to be right, that we could do that ourselves.
In terms of, we could take care of that problem ourselves. So, I did and it seems to have worked.

They did not actually do the test. They said it is not the black mold that you are in fear of, this is a dark mold.
It is not severe, there are things that you can do to solve this problem yourself.

It was worth the $75 because we did have an expert, and the expert was right.
They could have gone ahead and done the test, even though the expert said it really didn?t need to be done.
I am still quite satisfied.
I felt like if I spent some money on something and it included a test, even though it might not have been particularly useful.

It might have been good to have gone ahead and done that.
But, from what I saw, they did seemed to have the knowledge required and did what they needed to do.
I had a knowledgeable answer to my question."

"I worked with Pam throughout the entire experience. She was wonderful. She contacted me quickly to schedule an appointment and also scheduled radon testing on my behalf. We had to reschedule due to a snow storm, but she was quick to contact me and arrange a new day. On the day of the appointment, she showed up on time. We spent a few hours at the house while she inspected it. She pointed out a few issues here and there. As soon to be first time homeowner, I really appreciated this. She sent the inspection report the following day. It included in depth details and pictures.
