"Our house kitchen had water damage and required new flooring, cabinets and drywall.  The house was built in 1961 so we took the opportunity to add a built-in microwave, dishwasher and update the outlets.  Josh did the structural work and while not a GC, he met with the electrician, plumber, counter top installers, inspectors and appliance delivery people since we could not not be at the residence.  Josh was always responsive to our phone calls and emails and provided pictures throughout the process.  The work itself was very good - the hardwood floors blended into the existing ones nicely, the drywall work and priming were top notch and the cabinet installation (uppers and lowers including trim) all were level/aligned.  He did an outstanding job getting the cabinet molding to intersect with the crown molding.  Josh went out of his way to make sure things were not just done but that they were done well and in a way that we approved.  Josh was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him. <br />"
