Even a website would have been nice. Everyone I dealt with were professional, responsive and ontime. Met with me on a Sunday morning which was a great time for me so I would not have to take time off. I was very satisfied with my overall dealings. I felt as though the end price was a bit high, but NOT out of line. Also, I figure their warranty service would be better, if needed, as I don't see Sears Heating and Cooling going out of busines"
