"The technician ProServ had over 30 years experience, was very professional, and did an amazing job for me.  The office staff was extremely helpful in resolving a small problem and misunderstanding during the process of obtaining me a replacement of my old water heater under the remaining warranty and installing it quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to Use this provider again and recommend them to anyone who wants exceptional and thoroughly professional service."

"This company has been our "go to" business for all of our plumbing issues for years, and just yesterday (July 16) they replaced 10 feet of our sewer line. The crew was extremely gracious, worked well as a team, and took extra care to not damage our backyard. And when the job was done, they took more time to restore our landscaping so that you can't even tell a backhoe was in our backyard! My wife and I highly recommend this company!"

"I was happy with what they did. They got everything fixed in one visit for a very reasonable price. They saved me money, probably $125, by letting me know the manufacturer of the showerheads - Moen - would replace them for free if you are the original owner of the home. They could have charged me for those parts. Another plumber quoted $780 just to order and install the same showerheads. For the sump pump installation, he did some work outside. It was freezing cold, way below zero, when he did that work. The price, $750, covered everything he did."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

FAQs for well pump installation and replacement projects in Castle Rock, CO

Signs that your well pressure tank requires replacement include inconsistent water pressure, your pump turning on and off frequently (known as short cycling), visible leaks around the tank, or unusual noises from your well system. Physical damage, corrosion, or a tank that's reached its seven to 10-year expected lifespan may also indicate it's time for replacement. When multiple issues arise simultaneously, replacement often proves more economical than attempting repairs.

The timeframe for professional well pressure tank replacement varies depending on your specific system and any complications that might arise during installation. Factors that can affect installation time include accessibility of your current tank, whether additional components need replacement, and the complexity of your well system. For precise timing expectations, consult with the professional handling your installation.

Attempting to replace your well pressure tank involves several potential risks, including improper pressure calibration that could damage your pump, contamination of your water supply, and physical injury from handling heavy equipment. Additionally, incorrect installation might lead to water leaks, property damage, or system inefficiency. Many manufacturers also specify that professional installation is required to maintain warranty coverage, making the $125 to $200 professional installation fee a worthwhile investment for most homeowners.
