They saved me money, probably $125, by letting me know the manufacturer of the showerheads - Moen - would replace them for free if you are the original owner of the home. They could have charged me for those parts. Another plumber quoted $780 just to order and install the same showerheads. For the sump pump installation, he did some work outside. It was freezing cold, way below zero, when he did that work. The price, $750, covered everything he did."
