"Things went great. I called to check out about getting them to come out to replace my outdoor faucet and they told me they could come out the same day. I wasn't expecting that but it was great. They came out, took a look at things and knew exactly what needed to be done. I already had an idea because my father had taken a look but it was more than he wanted to get into. So, the gentleman explained what he would need to do and also asked if I wanted to have a secondary part of it fixed (no shut-off valve, which should be installed for an external faucet) of which I said yes because I had already wanted to have that done. They were done within about an hour max. From the time I called to them coming out it was no more than 2-3 hours. Super friendly and professional. I was so impressed I came on here to write a review."

There was a mix up on the location for the services but it was not their fault. After discovering the error they were at the correct location within 1/2 hour.

They cleaned the vent and actually went beyond and above what was expected. The tech cleaned around the dryer, removed the back cover and vacuumed the inside of the rear of the dryer. They then corrected a few issues that created a fire hazard.

I would highly recommend them, you don't find many companies that provide such good service!

They were respectful, professional and punctual. The issue was, they quoted me extremely high for gas connection modification. They asked $699 for the job. I felt like it is too much so I gave a call to another company, a competitor, described what needs to be done and they quoted me $335, what a difference. All in all, I believe they will do a good job but they are trying to charge much more than what the job requires. Make sure you get quotes from another competitor."
