"The plumber was berybeasybto deal with and very experienced. He did a great job."

"After fruitless attempts to even get a plumber to return our calls, we found Easy Flow through Angie's List. Mr. Robert Magliulo responded the same day! He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. There hasn't been. We were delighted and grateful. I would recommend Easy Flow to anyone requiring plumbing services!"

"I had problems with A/C intially and they took care of it. A few months later, they pinpointed the unit that failed, and took steps to get a new unit to replace the bad one. They worked today to get both units heating and cooling. The company is very fair in pricing. Thank you AJ and Sam!"

"It was adequate service.  However after the install, we had a puddle of water under our unit.  I did have them come back and finish their work."

"Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

"the technician was quick and replaced the filter. No complaints."

"The second attempt was on time and installation was smooth and quick. My bedroom was saved from the hottest and muggiest days of the summer.
I am writing this to amend the previous review which was late and then encountered problems with my building.
Coary made it right.
Thank you.

"It went well, they arrived on time. After the installation they cleaned up very well."

"When I first used the chat feature, I wasn’t able to get a specific date for an earlier oil delivery. Unsure if it was a robot or human. I called Petro instead. This chat feature was very frustrating."

"My landlord recently arranged for my Mitsubishi HVAC system to be cleaned, hiring Green Ductors Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. To be honest my expectations were low, but to my surprise the engineer, Alex, who conducted this work brought with him the kind of old-fashioned workmanship we once had in this country when a certain generation of Europeans were of working age. Alex spent no less than six hours cleaning every inch of a three-thermostat system. To make things better, he left the areas where he had worked in the apartment immaculate. During this lengthy time, Alex was highly professional, personable, and considerate of me and my space. I see that the Company has over 250 5-star reviews, so there is little more I can say – except that as a very tough NYC costumer, I offer up my highest recommendation for this business. The following day, I took the time to call the Owner, Dimitri, who could not have been more delighted by the fact that I had such a positive experience. This is a rare first-rate organization and you simply cannot go wrong when you need this type of work undertaken."
