He came right over, although it was late. He is very professional, cheerful, and personable! He managed to lift my very weary spirit while he was working. He figured out the problem right away, drained the tank, gave me an estimate. I will call in the morning to see how quickly the problem can be fixed. I have dealt with the owner in person in the past, Joe reflects the same customer care as his boss. I would recommend Daniels heating and cooling to anyone. Joe was exceptional. "Great job. Mike was timely and professional. The work started as scheduled and proceeded without any delays. Mike led the team that installed the roof. He was able to build the foam up to improve drainage on our flat roof. Cleanup at the end of the job was immaculate. A couple months after we reroofed, there was an epic hailstorm in this part of Albuquerque, and the large hailstones tore up the coating on our new roof. Insurance paid for TechWest to reapply the coating. So that's a disadvantage of the foam: less damage tolerance than traditional tar and gravel. However, the white, insulating foam keeps our house noticeably cooler during the summer. We've had the roof on for five years no with no problems or any apparent deterioration."

"I wrote a very different review for another job that this company did for me a few years ago but I did hire them again since they owed me a refund on some insulation they did not install the last time on the other roof and their estimate was again reasonable. This time they put all the insulation down that they quoted on and did a very good job installing the membrane roofing over it. They also gave me a very good warranty that is even transferable in case the house gets sold. I can't figure out how to delete the old review I wrote but here is my new one. This time the experience was much much better. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day."
