"This company is by far the best I have ever seen, dealt with or heard of for waterproofing solutions! After many years of a leaky basement that had been touched by the big name guys multiple times, Ken came out and provided solutions that would solve the real problem once and for all. We had multiple quotes and Family Waterproofing was by far the lowest cost (more than 1/2) and had backed up their work with a real warranty. The total quality of workmanship was outstanding and this repair team did not rush and paid attention to every detail. The repair was perfect and they were very careful not to mess up the inside of the house and cleaned up everything as if they were not there. Do not let this low price fool you, their quality is much better than the other guys because they don't have this huge overhead and charge you for all of the commercials like the other guys. They did everything they said they would and for the original price quoted. You could not hire a more pleasant, honest, quality company to deal with than these guys."

"We needed our furnace, water heater & ac unit replaced. Our furnace went out on a Thursday night, Friday morning we called Chief Bauer & Jeff came out a few hours later. (Which NEVER happens, we were expecting someone to come out the following week) Jeff was professional, friendly & very informative. Jeff listened to our concerns & after assessing the current status of our furnace, water heater, ac unit, he sat down with us to go over our options. Early the following Monday morning the Chief Bauer technicians, Cj, Seth, Jeremy & Doug arrived. They immediately started working on removing the ancient furnace, ac unit & water heater. It wasn’t long until the new ac unit & water heater was installed. The furnace, which my husband & I renamed The Dinosaur, needed a little more coaxing. Our home was originally built in 1870, my husband & I always joked that our furnace came shortly after the house was built. After almost 9 hours, our new furnace was up & running! The time to remove the Dinosaur, happened quicker than my husband & I could have ever hoped for. For as long as we’ve lived in this home, we’ve never had a technician stay the entire time to complete a job, if they ran into an issue past technicians would leave & say they had to order a new part, &/or leave & come back a day or two later with help. Long story short...we’re beyond thrilled with our experience with Chief Bauer, Jeff, Cj, Seth, Jeremy & Doug. We went with the Advantage Program, which covers all maintenance, replacement of filters, 24/7 emergency service, repairs, etc. for our Lennox furnace/ ac unit & water heater."

"It went extremely well. I attended a Solar 2.0 meeting and was impressed by the Solar program's extensive education about how group purchasing can make sustainable energy affordable. Nicholas assessed our project and we discovered that the Federal credits would help us cut down the cost of some of the electric upgrades we were going to do regardless of adding solar. We created a system with a plan to add even more in the future. Our panels went live in June 2017. Our September bill we created as much electric as we used. The online solar monitoring tool included with our system allows use to see how the system is performing. New Prairie Construction is incredible and therefore very busy. Totally worth the wait. I look forward to hiring them fir future interior remodeling projects."
