Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

Only less than satisfactory issue was pricing. It cost $650 for two hours of labor and parts to repair the damage and install some new pipe. They are a 24-hour service, so that may increase the price, and I don't know what a competitor would have charged for the same service, but they did a good job and I would use them again.
