"Dan from Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly He assessed the situation to determine there wasn't a problem with the heating unit but with the wall mount controller He left me know what my options were and then quickly fixed the problem I would recommend him to anyone So glad he was the individual who responded to my service request"

"They’ve done such a wonderful job for me that I had them replace my furnace and give me an entire new oil tank which they had to dig up from the ground and have the soil tested and provided All the information I needed with wonderful fair budget pricing"

"He was very friendly, and looked at everything. However, when i asked for an estimate on the repair/replacement, he quoted me a price that was $1,300.00 above the next estimate I got through a Home Depot certified company using the same equipment (Home Depot spec'd the equipment to similar or better specs on the estimate this fellow gave me).  Because of that extreme price difference, I'm not likely to ever use this company again.  Their labor costs must be very high relative to the other companies I spoke to.

"Ver good service so far. Excellent service, but they haven't completed the installation yet."

"Ben was amazing in trouble shooting my heat pump and was very responsive. I will be using them again for my HVAC needs."

"Jack from Martinelli’s was an absolute professional. He squeezed me in after his last scheduled stop and went above and beyond to take care of our AC problem, on a Saturday night no less, and ensured that he would follow up on Monday. He walked me through the entire diagnosis and repair, and the price he quoted was cheaper than other companies by a long shot. Highly recommend this company, and Jack specifically to anyone who needs plumbing or AC repair."

"This company exceeded my expectations. They responded same day and I'm very pleased with services to repair my existing heater. A competitor was trying to take me for a ride. I would recommend this company for honest, customer centered care, and reliable service."

"Great customer service and very professional. The down side are a few areas; technician asked hecf a screwdriver to open the dump pump panel. I would presume thus is something that t you would come into the home with rather than going go back to your truck for. I was told the primary sump pump was not working and we needed to replace. Price initially quoted was a bit high. After some minor negotiations we got thus down to a manageable number. I was told during the initial induction that hand horsepower would work best. Technician comes back with a third horsepower. After some questions as to why the switch I was told this is what he had in his truck. After this comment I was done. Credibility went out the door. Waste of time."

"I contacted Climate Mechanics for a 2nd estimate on the replacement of my current heat pump. My technician was early for the appointment, checked everything, asked questions, and provided great feedback. The quote was sent to me via email promptly. The quoted price beat out my 1st estimate with another company by at least $2,000. I’ve decided to have Climate Mechanics perform an AC Tune up and immediate repairs for now. But, I will definitely move forward with this company when I get the full replacement for my heat pump and water heater next spring."

"I have used this company several times for both heating and air conditioning problems. They are excellent!! They come quickly, communicate clearly & always fix the problem. Their answering service is very kind & responsive. Look no further. This company is great!"
