On so many occasions he could have told me things that needed fixed (that would cost extra) and I would have gladly paid it. But, he has always been perfectly honest and has saved us so much money. Last year I recommended him to a friend (for their Mother) and the friend arranged an appointment with him. He was able to help their A/C get working fast. "We met Tim the owner at the Homeowner show at the Convention Center. Surprised at how personable he was. Cynthia, who handles customer service was very amiable and eager to help. Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. I would recommend them to anyone."

"From the first meeting with Matt when he gave us a timeline and our estimate, through the install and the walk through of finished work, it was all very well done. The installers were very polite and made sure that any flooring that they would be walking on or bringing out the old water heater on were completely covered to protect from any dirt or water. Any time we went to see if they needed anything they would tell us what they had gotten done and what they were working on. Not once were they short or put out as some people are when you are curious about what is going on in your house. I would use Lighthouse any time and have already told our friends how professional and caring they were about everything that went into our home and the proper working of it all before they left. They also did not take the last half of our payment until the final walk through which was 5 days after all work was completed. They also do military discounts and cash/check discounts which is a lovely perk."

"Dana and his crew were awesome. they did exactly what I wanted them to do and did it in a timely fashion. The breaker in my house went bad and Dana was able to get an HVAC service out to my house asap to help us out during the heat wave. Once they finished installing the breaker, Nick came out and fogged the system before I had to leave the next morning. they were definitely punctual! best money and service out there!"

They offer duct replacement services (which a number of similar businesses don’t because it’s not glamorous work or a big money maker). This company feels it’s important to offer the whole package to ensure as much efficiency in your home as possible. The owners and their employees are very professional, polite and hardworking. Even the ladies answering the phone are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us the information we needed to determine that the repair was too costly.  He offered to apply the cost of the visit toward installation of the dishwasher we would buy.  We planned to use that, but the new vendor offered installation at a lower price.  We plan  to use this business when we need appliance repair in the future.
