I was promised an overnight delivery fee for the starter but was not notified whether they received it or didn?t. They do good installing it but never told me there was a recall on the starter so I?m out. No more Woodfin for me "

"Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!"

"What is the point of having a warrantee when they cant/wont get the part? its been 3 days...does no one overnight? I assume they get the warrantee parts for free that why they refuse to get something local. I even offered to have it picked up and was told they would not do that. I don't see the value in my warrantee or my service contract. My family has been sleeping in 80+ degrees for 3 days."
