They recommended L & M to work on the well pump. Palmer Plumbing did not charge for the problem diagnosis. I called L&M at 10 AM after Palmer left. L&M was at the house within 3 hours. Three hours latter L&M had pulled the 19 year old well pump, replaced it with a new, properly sized pump from the inventory on the truck, flushed the well, checked and charged the well pump pressure tanks under the house and was gone. Water pressure in the house is better than it was when I bought the house 10 years ago. As a curious engineer I watched and asked questions as they performed the work; each one of which was patiently answered with specific information. These people are truly excellent and their work is fairly priced."

"Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs. They arrived on a very rainy day and covered all our floor with protection before starting. The sink was placed near the water pipe and a cabinet had to be moved. They moved the cabinet and installed the sink to a spot nearby. Removed boxes from that area and placed the cabinet there, next to the sink. They cleaned up and left the area spotless."
