"I reached out to Mike after two really bad experiences just trying to line up other providers to come give me an estimate (one didn't show up, and one never followed up). He responded in minutes, and we setup some time for him to come look at the floors in my house. The floors were pretty beat up and dated, and looking even worse after I dealt with several pipes bursting during the polar vortex. He measured, talked me through options, and quoted me a price right on the spot. It was right about where I thought it'd be, so I said yes, and we setup a date a few weeks later for the work to begin. Day of, they got there right on time. Mike introduced me to his guys, I walked them through everything they needed to know, gave them keys, left them waters and a few bucks for lunches, and then left. I had full confidence in both Mike and his team, and appreciated that they were so grateful that I left money for lunches and thought about them. They made sure questions were answered, that they understood details on the house, and that I could reach out at anytime for questions. Over the next 3 days, I stayed nearby and went home to check on progress and lock up at night. On day 2, Mike e-mailed and said they had one day left, and gave me some instructions. Day 3, they finished and I went by later at night to check it out. I was blown away by the change. They did a phenomenal job. While the whole project was a lot of prep on my end as well, it was absolutely worth it. Would recommend these guys without a doubt."
