Albert?s man came in at 9:30am.  He had the wallpaper and the glue removed by noon, the walls patched (my walls didn?t need much patching) and primed by 2:30pm and the main coat of paint completed by 4:00pm.  He didn?t hesitate when I asked him to also paint/freshen up the trim.  He even walked in with trim paint in his hand and asked about it before I asked.  He did a fantastic job that I refuse to do myself and I do a lot of my own home repair and upgrading.  He covered my new cabinets and countertops to protect them.  He cleaned everything and left no mess of any kind.



I highly recommend Albert?s team of good hard workers that take the time to do the job right and attention to detail.  I?ll be calling them back in a few months to repaint my entire family room.  Thank you Albert for the great job.

"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"David did a wonderful job at our home. He painted two rooms and finished a ceiling. He also did several handyman jobs for us: sealed windows and doors, weather stripping, carpentry, fixed/sanded/stained our front door, cleaned out the dryer vent, repaired our deck, etc. He did a great job with everything. The painting was flawless. David was very responsive, honest, great to work with, and punctual. He charged a reasonable price for his services and took pride in his work. "The initial contact with the two ladies who gave me the estimate and scheduled the installation was the best part of the whole experience. They were very pleasant and professional. The installation had several hiccups and the guys who installed the granite were not as pleasant nor professional. I just didn't feel very comfortable with either guy, while they may have been very experienced, their lack of customer service and communication was a concern. I had to show them a few things that should've been obvious to them before they left and they were already packed up ready to go. The biggest disappointment was after they left and I realized there was a bunch of granite sawdust all over my car in the driveway. They should've asked me to move my car and warned me about the dust if I didn't move the car, but they didn't. It would've been a disaster if I wasn't forewarned by the plumber about the dust, he told me not to wipe it off because it would leave scratches. Fortunately it rained within an hour and it was washed off the car. After sharing my dissatisfaction with a manager, a team was sent out to address an issue we found after the installation was done."

"I did not know how long it would take him to repair the shed floor, but he did it quickly, satisfactorily and was willing to continue the day with other work that I had not previously told him about.  He finished the arduous back breaking work of filling depressions in the yard with heavy wet composting ash

I will NOT ask him to do any future landscaping type of work.  

I look forward to his service on an as-needed basis for various home rennovation and repair jobs.

They were on time which is much appreciated. They went into crawlspace and wrote up an estimate. This included: clean the air w/an air scrubber set up outside. Seal all vents, remove debris, clean the mold from the wood. Install 6 mil vapor barrier and a dehumidifier. The cost of this would be $5320 including the Angie's List discount.

This would have been all well and good but the true cause of the moisture was not found. Eventually we found that the shower was leaking and that was what needed to be fixed. Water was coming from the shower floor, overflowing the bladder underneath, leaking into the crawlspace.

Had we spent the $5300 to do what they wanted to do, we still would have had a moisture problem. Two other companies did not find the problem either but they also wanted thousands to seal off. Needless to say, fixing symptoms without fixing the root cause is throwing money away.
