"The pressure/temperature valve was releasing water thoughout day. PPC checked it out and offered me the choice of replacing just the valve or the water heater. Taking into account the age of the heater, I chose to replace heater (16+ years old). I had received a quote for water heater and labor when I made the service appointment so I knew the cost for this up front. Ball valve leading to water heater was leaking so replaced that also. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Mike called me before arriving and was very prompt. He was very polite and professional and took time to fully inspect the unit. It turns out a new unit was needed and he went through my options and quoted prices. The pricing is very competitive. A new unit was scheduled for installation the next day. The AC installation was done very professionally. During the install a crack was found in the heat exchanger of the furnace. Again exceptional service was provided from quote to install. Big shot out to Mike Brown, Brock, Haidar, Brian and Dakota. There was another gentlemen with Brock and I can’t remember his name. So sorry!!
