"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"Tenfold better than previous claims. The claims process was faster. Communication was exceptional compared to last time. The repair company assigned has a good reputation. The technicians seemed to know their way around my Trane unit. Neither the techs nor owner tried to upsell me repairs or products I didn't need."

"Centra-Spike Rep., Eric knows HVAC. He's courteous, prompt, informative, and tactful in application/repair. My issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes and that included imparting a wealth of knowledge before he departed like a superhero to the next job. Many thanks Eric!"

"The service went okay. They recommended some repairs to fix leaks around the chimney. I paid a couple hundred extra to have the repair made. Two technicians came out for the job. I had no problem scheduling the deal."
