Overall I had to shell out around 675 $ along with the initial for $35 for For maintenance charge strangest list. I expected that I would not be charged for another $35 for maintenance if I payed so much for the actual work. Overall I think it was very expensive job and let’s see if the sealant does its job or not before the gas runs out."

"There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."
