"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"The overall experience was great and the process went smoothly.  He came out at the agreed upon time to evaluate what needed to be repaired and provided a fair estimate.  Came out very quickly after accepting his offer for services to fix our steps and a couple other cracks.  He took the steps to ensure there were no structural obstacles that would prevent this repair from happening such as the basement going underneath the front steps since he was going to be using a jackhammer.  The actual work went fairly quick and did a great job.  
I would definitely recommend this company/Grover to anyone looking for similar repairs.  I plan to use him to fix our foundation wall on our driveway in the next year or so."

"The whole job went very well and I moved in before it was completed; they were terrific in cleaning up at the end of each workday and made it easy to live there.  They moved walls, closed old doorways, opened new doorways, built me a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and completely modernized the kitchen and baths.  Mike, the owner, suggested I take some space from the back of the garage and make a pantry and a storage room.  I can still get my SUV and a full size pick-up in the garage.  I now have a pantry which is envied by all the ladies in my neighborhood and a store room for all my Christmas decorations, luggage and other odds and ends you don't want to keep in the house.  Overall, it was a great job and a good experience with this company.  I still want some other work done and have already contracted with them for this spring."
