"I called PPM and scheduled an appointment between 5-7 pm. At 12:15PM, the technician, James called to see if I wanted him to come early. Since it was already 78 degrees inside my house, I was thrilled. James worked for about an hour. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned dust and dirt clogging the outside unit. He showed my son where the dirt was collecting and recommended that we make sure air intake vents are not blocked (mine where.) I used a $33 off coupon from the coupon calendar.
