"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

The North Lake crew was friendly, efficient, and well priced. They even explained all they did, how to maintain it, and helped me with a few other questions I had while they were there. 10/10 will call them again."

"We had a leak in a pipe from our kitchen sink to the basement. The plumber had to cut a hole in the plaster ceiling about 12 x 12" and then cut the pipe where it was leaking and replaced it with plastic pipe. It took about 2 hours total. We were charged a little over $1200. We were in a hurry to get it done, but we feel the price was very expensive. He solved the problem well, but wish we would have had the time to shop around."

Second, Robbie Taylor, the plumber/technician, was personable, polite, professional, as well as very knowledgeable! I have some additional work coming up and will be sure to hire them again! Robbie is clean, puts booties on when he comes into your house and does not make a mess while working. Finally, my dogs loved him, too!
