"We installed a Fujitsu mini-split A/C and heat pump because installing duct work was not an option. The entire process from getting a quote to completing the installation couldn't have been any better. Joe went over the full scope of the project including the ramifications if any additional work was needed. I don't think one could find a better HVAC company than Airco!"

"Outstanding price and service! They provided the lowest of 4 quotes for replacing a boiler, quoted us 1-2 days of work and completed it within 1 day with a grade A team, which included co-owners Alan and Jamie. The whole crew (5 guys) were clean, conscientious, respectful and meticulous. The unit is working perfectly. I would choose them again."

They were very easy to work with Quinn answered all my questions Doug and Bernie and I forget the other guys name were a pleasure to have in my house. They did the work and the Quoted amount of time. They handled all the inspections and permits with the town. Extremely happy with the level of service and would recommend to anybody looking for heating needs. Edit from 2 years ago?. The company still has not picked up old water heater and boiler. Have called a number of times to get this done. Vicki is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Rude. Has zero phone skills. Should really look into finding a new person to answer the phones. She was basically yelling at me for asking, follow up questions. And when I I said, why are you yelling? She said so you would know if I was yelling at you. But she definitely was yelling. I really hope those phone calls are recorded. They?ve got their money. So obviously the customer service ha"
