"Did a great job!  The concrete looks very neat and clean and matches the previous look with two low steps - risers as before.  They also helped level out the slab of sidewalk that was right next to the steps, otherwise, either the steps or the sidewalk would be crooked.  They did this by putting dirt and stabilizing the last slab next to the steps.  They dug out the area around, including my limestone shelf at city sidewalk level and put back.  Did a very nice job and were very patient with the fact that we spoke in June, but didn't decide on the work until September.  The old steps were in bad shape, and this really adds to the street appeal of my home."

Someone came out and carefully measured before we had to sign a contract which was itemized and with "free install" Price very similar to another vendor, but Glowing Hearth was more careful in explaining all the choices and steps. Work scheduled in advance, and performed on time, except a couple items had to be back ordered"

"Arabella Stone did excellent work. It is absolutely beautiful! They completely rebuilt sections as needed, and replaced nearly all the mortar on the outside of the house. It is now solid and looks wonderful. They also cleaned up the limestone wall in a bathroom basement. We love how it turned out. We would highly recommend Arabella. It was clear when we met Daniel how much he loves working with stone. He is a true craftsman."

"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."

"Returned my call within 1/2 hour. Described equipment used and method of cleaning. Also said he would tell me of any problem areas on fascia, roof or chimney (none). Cleaned debris from roof valleys as well as gutters. Will use this company again to clean windows in the spring."
