"Started a little shaky with an employee making appointments but not actually putting them on the books, but when I called for a missed appt., I had immediate response. The owner came out the next day, drew up the plan, gave us the options for the tub (deep soaker), surround (goes to the ceiling), shower head and fixtures. He made some suggestions that really helped (corner shelves, grab bars). He made it easy. No price games were played, like I can do this if you book today, or let me call my boss to see what we can do. He gave us a discount for cash payment. The work was done as soon as the parts were available. The installers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I would absolutely use Rebath again"

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

We contacted A+ Superior by e-mail, and they got back to us within 24 hours. James came out to look over the work and give us an estimate a few days later. Basically, I just pointed at something that needed work, and he immediately understood what I wanted. He sent me a quote by e-mail, and we felt the price was reasonable, as it involved quite a bit of work. The rainy weather kept him from coming back immediately, but the office contacted us and said when to expect him. He and his crew showed up as promised and went right to work. They did a fine job, taking as long as was needed to do the work well, but no longer. We are thoroughly pleased.

"Fixing someone else's work is always the worst job a contractor can take but Mr. Evans took the job on. All of the work was done outside and it was during a time where it rained every day. I knew that he had taken the job thinking he could finish it within 5 days and scheduled the work as so. Because of the rains it took him almost a month to finish the job. It was no fault of his that it took so long and I admire him for sticking with it and not only finishing the job but doing a wonderful job with it. He designed all of the Trellis work himself and it is beautiful. He built a custom gate for a fenced in section of the yard and that was also first class. He hung some antique doors from India on our fence and like everything else he did a first class job. He is a very conscientious and honest man and we feel blessed that we found him. I think some of the problems the other people had were caused by all the rains we have had that played havoc with his schedule. We are  going to use him again to fix the roof on our deck (also done by another contractor on Angies List). Again we found him to be a very conscientious and honest man and enjoyed working with him and were very pleased with the work he did.

The panels were all custom made, look great, and even though the framing on our existing office walls wasn't ideal, he managed to get all the paneling and trim hung exceptionally without any incident."

Not only has he serviced our home, but he has done phenomenal work at our business, Highway 30 Veterinary Clinic. He handles all of our painting needs and so much more, including pressure washing, staining, installing hardy plank siding, door work, staining our concrete floors, and even trimming our trees! That's only a small amount of what he has done, there are too many others to mention. Buddy has been exceptionally reliable and honest with us throughout the years. He is a complete professional at what he does, and has been an asset to our company. There is no doubt that we will continue to use Buddy for many times to come!

"I bought a supposed set French doors off Craigslist and called William Anderson for an estimate to install them. He gave me a very reasonable estimate so I told him to proceed. Well, it turns out the doors were not a set but 2 separate doors that were not even the exact same size! With a lot of knowledge, skill, many trips to Lowe's, perseverance and patience on his part my doors were installed and are beautiful. Wish I could post a picture to show the frame and the trim work that he did to make them work. While he had the old frame torn out I commented that my oak floor needed some help. The previous owner had put a 2x6' section of tile in front of the doors which I hated. He removed the tile and thin set and added new oak boards individually. No one could ever tell it wasn't part of the original floor.

When I looked over William's reviews on Angie's list I saw mostly A's in quality of work and I am in total agreement. I totally understand punctuality and promptness may sometimes be an issue when a job such as mine takes much longer than anticipated. However, I was very pleased that he took the extra time to do it right instead of rushing through it. I was happy to compensate him for the extra time it took but not once did he ask for more money than his original bid.

I might add, too, that he and his crew were very amiable and pleasant to work with! I'll definitely call Anderson's Family when I'm ready for my new deck!
