"They let us know they were no longer in the gutter business. Called a few days in advance to set up a time to do the insulation. They were late and called at 4:45 in the 3:00-5:00 PM window to tell us their truck broke down and they'd be late. Blew in the insulation but didn't coordinate with the roofer about additional sofit vents or put in baffles where the new vents should be added. It was very difficult to communicate with the workers because only one could speak a little english. If all you need is some insulation blown it this company is OK. <br />"

Mike came out and showed us their windows and we were impressed with him and the windows. The 3 installers that came out were also great and they did a great job on all the windows and doors. We may have them out again to replace our other 11 windows in the future."
