"the ultimate outcome was excellent. The HVAC systems works very well. The thermostats are great - I can adjust the temp remotely from my phone. The late issue was that they had a full day of work to install a 3 ton and a 3.5 ton system and they showed up after 1 pm. instead 8 am as scheduled. because the sent the installers to do another job over and hour away that morning. By they time they got to my house, they were exhausted from the work and the drive. They had to send several extra people to help them but they got it done. The systems installed were top quality Trane systems. They even upgraded me to a variable from a single stage because they did not have the single stage in stock on the 3 ton unit. The installation job was ultimately excellent. the pricing package offered the most important thing - lifetime parts & labor on repairs and lifetime maintenance. Having suffered with systems that were dying and needed outrageous repairs and maintenance annually for the past several years, that is worth gold. Finally, my credit was bad but they worked a plan that involved making a deposit of approximately 50%, around $6,600, and the rest on their plan. But the $6,600 is just that, a deposit that will be returned in a few years. The company really worked with me to get us a great system at an affordable price. The least other alternative was $9,500 and the prices ranged up to $14,000. But all of those only offered 10 years parts and 5 years labor. Useless since these systems rarely fail in the first 10 years."

"Phil's team did a great job. They were punctual. They kept their work area clean, and left the place looking like it did before they came. The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. "Braswell Construction Group was the last company I received a quote from only because company #5 whom I wanted to hire did not follow through. I am so pleased that company did not respond because of the wonderful experience I had with Chris Braswell. <br />   <br /> Upon completion of a new roof and window replacement which I was very pleased with and as the drywall repair was about to take place, Chris noticed a water leak from my hot water heater which had caused mold and moisture damage, he immediately called his plumber who also did a great job in not only fixing that leak but finding another one. Because of the water damage Chris had to put in dryout fans and air purifiers before new drywall could be installed. Chris is certified by the IICRC in water and dryout repairs which I did not know at the time, but felt so fortunate to have the right man for the job and not have to search Angie's List for another company. He even assisted me with my insurance company to get everthing taken care of. Though it was stressful having commercial dryout fans and air purifiers for several days, he continued to check to make sure all was well and to assure me his crew would come in and make all of the necessary repairs. They arrived on time, did a great job with the drywall and clean up. All of these repairs took place between Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas, which definitely did not help my stress level, but because Chris was so efficient, professional and concerned I was able to enjoy my Christmas vacation knowing I wouldn't have to return to "home repairs". <br />  The customer service I received was the best. They brought down any items that was in the attic, so that I could see if it was ours or previous owners.
