We are a church and have several steps to get approval for major expenses. it was several vendors before a decision was made. Everson was chosen, and it took several months to get finalized. "14K LVP staircase started separating within the first few months. Another tech was sent out immediately to repair and informed us that it was not correctly done the first time. This happened two more times with each tech telling us the previous had not done it correctly. My entire staircase is separating, cracking, or chipping and Footprint floors nor Brandon will answer phone calls, voicemail, or text messages. They promise a great warranty but good luck getting it to stick..."
