"Service went very well. Dan called approximately one hour before his arrival to let us know his ETA. Upon arrival, we discussed the issue and he inspected our inside and outside unit. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and went to work on fixing it. He explained the repairs before completing, including the cost. He also left us with recommendations for the future. Overall, the visit lasted about 90 minutes and the repair cost was (luckily) minimal. Our home was back to feeling cool within 36 hours (after 48 hours of no relief from the heat).
