(Zone sensor was bad), he replaced it and the house was already warming up when he left!! He was so kind and professional.. our daughter now has a go to air/heating company that she’ll use for those services.. Two days before Christmas and Madd blessed our family!! We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. The AC Tune-Up didn’t actually include any service on my older system, just a diagnosis of what needed to be repaired. My feeling is that if no actual tuning service was provided in the AC Tune-Up, it should have received a small discount."
